I finished reading what might have been my favourite book of 2025 so far. 

Adult Children Of Emotionally Immature Parents has been a great read from start to end, with so many valuable insights and validating passages. It's been such a useful too for me not only in decoding the parenting I received from my own parents, but how I can also be a better parent myself. I highly recommend it
